Status Reporting

Every client qualifies for NorthStar's FREE status reporting service.  Businesses may access the following reporting features via NorthStar's web site or have this information sent to them daily, weekly or monthly in a free e-mail "push report."

♦  Get a quick summary of how many checks have been received, a basic update on the collection process, and how many checks have been paid.  This is perfect for businesses that get just a few bad checks per year and it is a nice status summary for larger clients.

♦  Get detailed information on any individual check:  If a check has been received, who a check writers is, the type of check someone wrote (NSF, stop payment, closed account), the amount of the check, the "transaction history" of the collection efforts, how many checks were received daily, weekly monthly, etc.  You may even print legally binding copies of your checks for free!

♦  Instantly review all your bad check writers by store location, check amount, fee amount, balance, payment amount, etc.

♦  If you want to determine the number of "repeat offenders" by store or date, this information is also easy to access.  NorthStar's reporting is so detailed you can even get a total of "repeat offenders" by individual store location or get a total for all your stores.

♦  There are "monthly recovery statistics" that can be broken down by individual stores.  You may also see your "payment amount" by specific store location.  If this is not enough, NorthStar breaks down your collection percentage rate by month and year and every one of these services is free to your business.

♦  NorthStar even allows you to do all kinds of individual searches using a person's last name, first name, business name, phone number, city, state, zip code, the date a check was written, a specific store location, etc.  The search features are so advanced you can search for checks in specific aspects of the collection process.  Whatever your reporting needs, expect them to be met by NorthStar for free!
